Zanne Findlay has established a reputation for being the national expert on mediation within the Special Education Needs sector. She trained as a mediator following a successful career in local government. One of her first clients was the Local Government Management Board. She has since developed mediation consultancy and training services for both private and public sectors. Her client list includes 96 Local Authorities.

The company provides consultancy and training in workplace mediation, offering everything from introductory workshops to a university validated professional certificate for HR professionals. Clients include: LSE, The Big Lottery Fund, DfES, North East Region Partnership, London Disagreement Resolution Service, Association of London Government, and the NHS Executive.

Programme Director: Certificate in Applied Mediation (Workplace) validated by Canterbury Christ Church University.
