Personal Plan why
won't it work?
1.
It will not accept my password:
a) You could be entering the password incorrectly
- pay careful attention to capital and lowercase letters.
b) Try the password 'trial' for the demo copy (this
can be replaced with the full password later by returning
to the Personal details section) - if this works then there
is no problem except with entering the full password correctly.
c) the repeat USER ID box does not contain an identical username,
or is empty - these errors will be declared on the PP in
red text when you click fish to continue.
2. Every time I return to the Personal Plan it
asks me to login again.
When you leave the Personal Plan - don't close the window, just click
on the rotating fish logo or the ampatico logo to bring the
main window to the front. Then when you return it will take you back to the
same place again.
3. The Personal details are all incorrect or the
Logfile and Notes are too full.
If you wish to start again - click on the CLEAR button to clear ALL data.
Please note that this will lose all notes, logs and passwords.
4. The (P) buttons on the Personal Plan Introduction
page don't work
you are already there!
5. I can edit and enter text into the course notes,
but not the logfile
there is no facility to edit the log. You must read through the material
and the logfile builds this file automatically.
6. When I print the logfile I get nothing happens.
This can occur if you are using Flash Player 6 - upgrade your Flash Player
to at least version 7
7. When I print the course notes I get up to 30
pages but the rest is left off.
This is the current limit, which is thought to be adequate.
8. When I print the user log I only get the first
10 pages, the rest is left off.
