Thank you for looking at ampatico, the complete guide to mediation in the workplace.

Protecting your privacy
Applied Mediation will not pass any of your personal details on to a third party. They will be retained by us, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to enable us to process your order, register your software and provide you with technical support and access to all our services.

If you wish to be removed from our e-mail mailing list at any time please e-mail us at mail@appliedmediation.co.uk and we will remove you immediately.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order on receipt of the goods, the cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after you have taken receipt of the goods. Please note that you will be liable for the cost returning the package by registered mail.

We will refund your money within 30 days of shipping on condition that our security seal has NOT been broken and that the package is returned in a saleable condition.

Faulty goods
In the event of you being in receipt of faulty goods, you have 14 working days, from the day after you have taken receipt of the goods, to reject the goods and contact us. Upon receipt of your returned package we will either send out an immediate replacement or at our discretion, arrange a full refund, including the cost of shipping, within 30 days of receiving the returned package and a copy of the original invoice.

Delivery schedule
We have asked that you allow 21 days for delivery, but when stocks are available, we aim to have your order with you within 5 working days. Delivery times outside the UK may vary.

Technical support
You have access to free-of-charge technical support for a period of 90 days after taking receipt of ampatico. This will normally be via e-mail to support@ampatico.co.uk. In order to assist us to support you please provide details of the PC or Mac and the version of the browser, that you are using. We will aim to turn round queries within the (UK) working day.
