Terms and conditions
Up until day 1 of the course you can substitute another delegate.
Once you have booked your place, if you cancel your place:
- up to 25 working days before the course start, then 40% is payable;
- within 24 working days of the course start, then 100% is payable.
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to zanne@appliedmediation.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing along with an invoice for any fees due.
Applied Mediation are not able to offer refunds for cancellations outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.
Work based learning
Please confirm you will have access to learning opportunities at work, or in a volunteer capacity, that will enable you to complete the portfolio of evidence required for your course (If you are making a late substitution please ensure this applied to the substitute delegate too).
