Zanne Findlay

Zanne

Zanne is the founder of Applied Mediation and Course Leader of the Foundation Degree in Dispute Resolution at Work for the University of Greenwich. She worked with the DfES on developing the Disagreement Resolution section of the Code of Practice. A former Assistant Director of Social Services she has extensive managerial and personnel experience and combines that with her training and experience in mediation. Zanne is co-author of the workplace mediation manual and author of the CDROM ampatico, which is a comprehensive guide to workplace mediation.

Dee Burbridge
MSc
Dee is an Educational Psychologist working for the Kent Psychology Service. She specializes in the application of solution orientated approaches and the development and training of dispute resolution. Dee is a trained teacher and taught physical education for thirteen years as well as undertaking professional coaching.
Margaret Doyle
BA (hons)
Margaret has been a mediator since 1987 and mediates in cases involving community, consumer, and discrimination issues. Her interests include all forms of appropriate dispute resolution (ADR). She is involved with the British and Irish Ombudsman Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Margaret serves as an independent Council member of the Telecommunications Ombudsman Service. She is the author of Advising on ADR (Advice Services Alliance, 2000).
Audrey Dorival

Audrey is a freelance mediator and member of the London SEN disagreement Resolution service panel of mediators. She has been involved in community mediations with Hammersmith and Fulham mediation services. Audrey is a qualified solicitor whose area of specialisation is dispute resolution.
Suzanne Foe Suzanne brings more than 20 years experience as a manager in both the private and the public sector. She is a practiced facilitator, investigator and mentor. She is qualified in Psychology, has an OCN certificate in ‘Mediation in the workplace’ and is a member of the Institute of Conflict Management. Suzanne is in her early forties and is of British origin.
Carl Reynolds
BA
Carl is an independent mediator and facilitator who works with a variety of organisations. Previously Chair of Mediation he has sat on the UK’s Advice Services Alliance ADR Working Group and Joint Mediation Forum. Carl is an associate facilitator with the UK’s Environment Council, working on large scale disputes. Carl is co-author of the Workplace Mediation Manual.
Akin Thomas

Akin is the principal consultant and founder of E Consultancy. Akin has senior management experience in the public and private sectors. Akin was a former senior manager in Social Services. Akin is a trained mediator and has provided extensive training in SEN, workplace, and complaints mediation.
Uzoamaka Ukafor Uzoamaka has been active in community mediation for a number of years, training with Lambeth and Camden Mediation services. Uzoamaka provides training for AVP (alternative to Violence Project), where she co-runs a number of experiential conflict resolution workshops in the community.
